The states of Wisconsin and Illinois require that we collect sales tax on taxable items and any applicable shipping costs based on the tax rate of the customer's location.
- We do not ship beer.
- We currently only offer shipping to the continental United States.
- Packages can be shipped via USPS or UPS which can be selected during the checkout process.
- Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Shipping prices are based on total package weight and delivery zip code.
- Orders are fulfilled on business days only (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays. The estimated shipping times quoted on the checkout page do not include our order processing time. We will process orders 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

Gift Card Policy
Gift cards may be used online or in-person. Please treat the gift card/e-gift card as cash. New Glarus Brewing Company is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards or unauthorized gift card use. Any unused value remains on the gift card and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards cannot be used toward gratuities.
